Reviews
Rated 4 out of 5 by Miri from Range hood. My 20 year old range hood needed to be replaced, of course it could not be replaced with an identical one. After searching what was available through the internet, we found that Westinghouse offered one that would fit exactly where the old one was with no need to alter anything on the wall or ceiling. The rounded corners mean that the rangehood will not be dangerous to our eyes. From this aspect, we are very happy, however, it is noisier than our previous one and the press buttons are more inclined to collect dirt as in different to the buttons that controlled the Fisher and Paykel model.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sandy4 from Louder than expected I wasn't sure whether to get a range hood with one fan or two. As I sometimes have all four stovetop burners going at once and would sometimes set off my smoke alarm I decided on two fans. I wish I had chosen the single fan as the noise level of both of them going on low is what my old single fan range hood would have been on high. Oh well, live and learn!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Indili from On my 3rd unit I have replaced the 3rd unit at my mothers house within 10 years. Not very happy:( To mak things worse have had these units placed in my 2 of my investment properties. Today a got a call from the tenant saying there unit has stopped working, it is not even 5years old. Not very good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by magenta from I studied ventilation theory. If it pulls lots of air and sucks efficiently, then it will be noisy. I would be worried if it was quiet - that would mean it was inefficient at removing stuff coming up from the stove.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ANNA F. from I find it filters the air well (mine is on recirculating) although it is noisy. I just wish it was a bit quieter.
