Rated 1 out of 5 by Puddin from Very frustrating This is the worst oven I have ever had,when I grill meat the fat splashes up on the element and smoke goes all through the house. As for the oven I have to try and guess which row to put the tray if it's too low the food burns. I'v been cooking for years would not recommend this oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dazza from Bad oven Worst oven I have ever tried to use. Controls are so complicated. Can hardly imagine how someone less tech savvy would go. Why this oven could not have the ability to just turn the knob and away we go I don’t know. Ridiculous and unnecessarily complicated. The instructions do not make it any less harder to operate.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Maura from Misleading information... The oven is simple to use and intuitive. I bought the optional self-cleaning inserts (as it is for a rental property) and wouldn't recommend them at all. Nobody is going to pull apart the rear and take off the shelving to remove the plates for cleaning. Gimmick! As for the instillation, I would never get a "professional" to do it again. It is the simplest of jobs ...screwing up a gas fitting and plugging in a socket. The $365 charge is not warranted. The professional has no interest to modify woodwork for perfect flush fitting ...it is just a slide out and slide in arrangement and get moving on to the next job ASAP, to get done with the day. The only benefit is the disposal of the old oven, but many companies will do that for free and I suggest that is the way to go. I was disappointed that there is no tray with the oven. It's a lot of money for a simple, no frills unit, hence the "fair" rating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tommie from Functional & NOT Complicated My oven has 3 dials and a digital display panel. I suggest that Westinghouse might update the photos and make it very clear as to which variant the review is referring to, as my oven (with same model number) is the complete opposite of the "hardest to use reviews". Mine is very easy to use and may be considered somewhat dated in its dial use ....I like that! The non-splatter grill inserts are just normal standard trays that make for normal standard grilling and mess...you still have to use foil! This is an expectation; you still have to choose if you use a frying pan (with lid) or grill, depending on what you are cooking....common sense. The fan is not excessively noisy and does create even cooking with less time. I don't feel that is so wonderful value for money. It is a simple basic and dated unit, and I just can't justify the price paid. I just replaced the oven that had broken with what was similar looking to match the styling. That was my objective and the fact that it is a "trusted" brand, swayed my choice over an Italian option.
