Rated 4 out of 5 by DebH from Basic Oven I brought this oven, cooktop and rangehood as a package - very disappointed to find out that the oven fan has been made too large and "tings" - the repair man said that they are just replacing them under warranty - no troubles there but the inconvenience of having it happen just before Christmas and worrying about whether I would have an oven. Surely if you know there is a problem - have the fans replaced in the warehouses before they go out!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bron from very disappointed overall in westinghouse products I purchased a package on line. cooktop ( gas) repaired in first 6 months, oven ( now on hold to have timer replaced, it went about 6 months ago also but have been too busy!) and also in January this year bought a dishwasher. had that repaired within 48 hours of ownership. Would I buy again? would you with my experience??

Rated 4 out of 5 by Casandra from WVG665S/W This Unit Must Save Gas Com. I Think the best feature of this wall oven is its temperature control. I love how it shuts of the gas when it is at its temp, then re- ignites to bring temp back up again. This is perfect for me as. No more uneven cooked food. the cakes are cooked to perfection and my pork crackling finally worked :)) But I would prefer that the light didn't stay on during cooking as sometimes I like to surprize my guests and have to make sure a towel is covering the oven door. But as they say ... You can't have everything ....

Rated 1 out of 5 by Badmove from Gas Oven purchased 1/6/18 I purchased gas oven and only 2 months later have to have repair under warranty as the pilot light does not ignite. I have used this oven only 4 times and now will go back to using portable electric purchased from ALDI $50 as I have done for nearly 4 years. Find it allows far too much heat from top of door (am aware heat rises and needs to go somewhere) and is nowhere near the quality of my old 30 odd year old oven that was still working but decided to renovate and upgrade. Bad move

Rated 2 out of 5 by meandher from disappointed we bought our home 13 months ago and it had just had a new 613 oven and matching cooktop installed. Already the timer doesn't work properly and the fan was hitting the edge of the element holding clips "ting-ting-ting...!!" expected better from Westinghouse. We've used their products for over 50 years, but seems cost and quality are competing. Sad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rayboy from After sales service Had new under bench oven installed. Found door seal faulty. Rang Westinghouse who organised a tech to visit and replace the seal. No fuss and all within a couple of days. The Westinghouse people were a pleasure to deal with.
